My 1980 Datsun Laurel (Read 928 times)

So i finally picked it up today! It's in great condition, has only 78K kilometers, and it ran almost instantly after 10 years of standing!
Interior is like new. Didn't get the time to capture some good pics, so i'll post some better pictures tomorrow. 

For now, some photo's from on the way home.

All the indicator lights work, and so do the back-spotlights.





A bath does wonders after 10 years 
It does have a some spots of rust here and there, the usual spots. The chassis on the other hand is in a very good condition!

Very nice! I do like the steel wheels and centre caps - if my original wheels were like that and not the body coloured full width covers I probably wouldn't have bothered putting C210 alloys onto it.

I see it's a manual gearbox, so 5-speed?

Interior looks very similar to my 2.4, but it looks like you might not have electric windows?

I like the colour, not sure if we got it here in the UK. What is the code for it please?

Yes, it's a 5 speed gearbox. It doesn't have electric windows.
I'm not sure about the color code. It isn't listed under the hood as far as i can see, but maybe i have missed it. Any idea where it is located?

Really nice car, one of my favourites. The paint colour decal on my 1977 260Z is located on the right hand side of the radiator (slam) panel (see image).

The new wheel embellishers are fitted! It looks so neat





Also started cleaning under the hood. Not the most fun thing to do, but it is very rewarding! Like new!
