i need to make up a chain locking tool so i can re set the camshaft timing on an L series.
any tips for making it? any woods to avoid or good to use?

yeh i've made one the same as the one listed on the datman site. i looked online and there were at least 5 different shapes/sizes.

chuck of wood with a cable as in the pics on Datman site worked fine  |
