I decided that the alloys on my stanza needed a bit of a refurb. So I have just finished painting them. For being 30 years old they didn't turn out to bad. Before : Attachments:

One of my first cars and absolutely loved it. Lol I use to do almost 100 miles a day delivering pizzas. I use to love the dash and the big speedo. Cracking car there mate. Have you got any pics of the inside specially the dash cluster. Good job on the wheels

Love these! My friends dad had one and we used to go fishing taking all the gear in it. I also had a set of those wheels on my first N12

Thanks for the comments, it is a really good car/driver. Yes it has a bit of corrosion in the usual stanza places (tailgate in one corner, slight bubbling on bonnet edge and bottom of drivers door) but it is 30. The paint work seems to all be original, the interior is like new with the original datsun rubber mats and toolkit. SGL model, so extras above the GL was 5x alloys, Power steering, oil pressure and battery gauges. The engine and 3 speed auto box are brilliant with 48000 miles. I will post more pics of the interior/dash when I get a chance. Heres a link to the car on the other website: www.datman.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6466&hilit=stanza

Here a few more of the interior, note the front seats are a very pale green. Yet the rear are a pale grey. (I don't think the rears are faded as they had seat covers on the rear when I bought it) Attachments:
