Having some issues with the lpg install a combination of the lpg ecu needs manual settings set for my car (I hate using computers on engines) it has twin thottle bodies so im using two stream mixers wich are ment to be less restrictive but know one seems to know how to get them to work properly lol... So after a year of tinkering i really cant be bothered to sort it out and if non of the guys I know on the lpg forum are willing to help me im pulling it off and selling the bits on ebay ... So was wondering as I only use the car twice or three times a week might be just as easy to fit a maual box..this would not only make the car more attractive when it comes time to sell but could save on fuel Can any one tell me if I will notice a difference is fuel useage if I swap the auto box for a z32 5 speed .... And al what more bits would I need jyst the box and the fly wheel ?

i'd guess around a 10% increase in mpg.
as for parts...
you need a Z32 flywheel and gearbox and use the Leopard starter motor (bolts on the gearbox side of flywheel). can't use a Z31 flywheel as crank/flywheel bolt pattern is different.
you've got the clutch pedal assembly and propshaft yeh? not sure if the prop will work so might need to grab the Z32 one. might need to get a one piece prop made but that'll be under £100 if you can give them good parts

Ok so before I change my mind and spend more cash on it I have started pulling out the lpg kit and did find the problem but have decided its coming out any way it just does not seem to work with this car .. So the plan is to get the car back to tip top condition and finish the styling maybe install a few upgrades ... Found this in the shed I got it a while ago off ebay . Its a vintage water injection kit from the 70's What do gou think do you this I should try it

i think there's a good reason that didn't make it past the seventies have you properly worked out what sort of MPG the car is getting? like doing full tank fill ups and seeing what mileage you get? pretty sure i would have done that, even though it was a little tricky as also had to convert the Kilometers to Miles. i think it was somewhere around 25mpg?
