Not a style I can recall seeing before, are they some sort of dealer-fit accessory? If I remember I'll take a look in a brochure over the weekend.

Just pulled out a P11-144 brochure from 1999. It shows this style as a 15" accessory wheel called Quartz. There are four other 15" styles and one 16" (none of which I can remember seeing very often, if at all).
