does anyone know the differences between c32 and say c130 or c230 inserts?

what are you trying to do? are you just after inserts for your standard struts?
the standard Nissan inserts are rebuildable and you can swap in thicker oil if you wanted.
i've not compared them side by side but i will be fitting C32 struts to my C230 to get the better brakes.

seen some c32 inserts for sale and thought about buying them as spare for my c130.they need to fit in standard struts.was going to do a pair of 280 zx legs ,boy carnt be bothered.

ah. i'd guess not. and being as you could rebuild the old ones, it's prob not worth trying unless you know they'll fit.

yeh fair enough. i guess you need to get em side by side and see how they look length wise.
Datsun struts seam to vary quite a lot. i know that the C210/C230 struts are shorter then 610,810 or B210/B310, but not quite as short as S130.
not that that's much use to you, just pointing it out.

are c230 and c130 inserts the same?had a new pair of boge shocks in stock went to fit them today and they are too long.so got to check out other ways.if im right,according to kyb website they should be the same.
