Love it. I'm not sure if i prefer the facelift or prefacelift models? so made a mash up with mind ;D it's a facelift model with the square headlights, but i fitted early front grill, bumpers and rear lights.

Datsun UK numbers imported: 8772 2.0 (round headlight and facelift models) 2543 2.4 (facelift only) 19 2.0 and 2.4 LHD 4 2.0 coupe An old Parker's guide I have suggests the 2.0 facelift went on sale in February 1979 and the 2.4 in May 1979. Not sure when the original went on sale, late 1977 I think. The C230 range was replaced by the C31 in April 1981. One oddity of the late 2.4 was that the attractive alloy wheels got replaced by steel wheels with body-coloured covers as frequently seen on larger JDM models. Edit: Is it my imagination, or does the green 2.4 above have a different valance without a spoiler? The 2.0 facelift never had alloy wheels, it also had a less plush interior.
