you know you have a smaller H150 axle so would need to convert to H165 first though?

Yeah, Min on here has a h165 for sale which I'm considering purchasing. Have you ever heard of the kit before?

These have been around for years. I looked at the kit for the S12 some 10 years ago.
It provides friction by forcing the side gears up against the inside of the differential housing. Might provide some resistance to slip but not as effective as an LSD with proper designed clutch packs and ramps that increase the lock when more torque is put through the ring gear. Also you're still limited by the overall strength of the transmission since no components have changed.

A Martin says depends on how much torque you plan to push through it and your driving style also plays an important part. No other cheap solutions available for the. H165 or 190...
