So anyway, bought NNP back in Julyish, couldn't believe no-one else snapped it up... Towed 300 miles down motorway with an A Frame, unhitched at Medway services and bombed back, amazing how these cars drive so nice and comfortable. After some masking tape and black spraypaint repairs and a cable tie to hold the bottom of the wing on, it sailed through it's MOT, had to use more masking tape on the arches to get it through as the mot inspector said they were sharp edges! I am currently looking for two wings for this and not worried if they are rusty as I can repair them, for now I am going to the breakers and going to see what wings I can cut off and joddle and weld on. Any suggestions? Plan for this car is for regular use including winter use but will be garaged. These alloys are going on What car arches would anyone suggest? Maybe I can pop rivet Golf MK2 or something?

So I found an RS Turbo bodykit and decided it might be better than nothing!

Arches fitted. Please don't think this is a Ratsun in the making, the arches are slightly better than nothing but this car WILL be transformed but concentrating of BEF833T for a bit whilst using this and attending car shows. I am going to turbo this so will look to seal the carbs. Might make a decompression plate or something. Any other L16 Turbos in the club?
