i'm not quite ready to lower the wagon yet but i've got some money to buy the u bolts. What ones should i be using? i thought ford ones fit but best to check first  |

grab some measurements.
axle OD
u bolt thread size
u bolt overall length (what you have and what you want)
i've got some spare ones but need to check sizes

Axle OD is 66ish mm, threads is m12, what i have is 160mm overall and i want say 180-200mm. I want it sat about where it is now (boots full of crap!!) or maybe half inch lower if it doesn't hit the bump stops (theres about 1.5 inches to touching stops now but they compress quite a lot before bottoming out).

just measured up an after market escort lowering u bolt, 2 inch i think
