 1976 Datsun 160u( 710)SSS South African car in very good condition thinking about buying this as a runaround till I get my roadster on the road. not sure what these are worth any info appreciated |

Leigh (Area rep)How much it is worth is a very relative term used very losely, in my view worth is how much someone is preapered to pay. For example, if i didn't have any Datsun and this came along and it is a desired model, I may pay you very good money to acquire this on the other hand if I was to add to my collection as a nice to have, I may pay you around 40% less. I may be wrong, but i don't think mileage etc affect the price within the Datsun classic scene; if this car had done 30k or 130k it is the condition that would determine the price. From the one photo it is hard to judge the condition of the car, I may be wrong but from the photo it appears that the rear arch has not been refurbished properly and the line is lost... |

Odd ball car that, non Japanese built and not a sporty 2 door.
And yeah, deff got some bodge in the rear arch, which means it needs a good look over everywhere else.
Me, I'd give a grand for it and that's it. But what's it worth to you?

That said, I love odd-ball cars and you've just gotta love that colour. Small bodywork issues shouldn't be a problem!
