Having spent a number of mucking around with VW's, boredom finally set in and it was time to head off in a new direction. After spending hours trawling various internet pages , I stumbled across this little gem, various emails and phone calls were exchanged and I have decided to put a deposit down , with the intention of collecting it next week, let's hope it's as good as it looks in the pics. Nissan Sunny, 1.6 GS, 1 owner, 2700 0miles, original bill of sale, service history, boot space and the rear seats have never been used and it's never been out in the rain.

Any advice on wheels and lowering, would be much appreciated.

Leave the suspension as Nissan intended lowering will ruin the ride. The novelty of being able to corner a shade faster will soon fade leaving you with just another car that's been 'messed about with' ie a worthless uncomfortable wreck. Seen it so many times - new owner has big ideas on naff fancy wheels and stereos and completely forgets the boring mundane stuff like rustproofing and servicing which they have no money for left anyway. Car ends up scrapped or sold on when owner realises he's ruined the car and is broke. Spend the money on Waxoyl instead.
