There is a view on t'internet that the standard box in my b210 isn't strong enough for an A14 engine. I have got a 60 series gearbox from a violet, but it's longer and the mounting is different. Any conversion available?
Help and advise please!

Difference between A12 and A14 is only 9hp (if I remember right) so there's absolutely no reason why you couldn't use your standard box with A14. I've ran standard E15 box with 123hp E16 with no problems. I've also got N10 coupe, originally A12 but now with tuned A14 and no problems with gearbox.

Thanks for reply! Yes, maybe it's a case of they say they aren't strong enough, but nobody has had one fail... Hopefully!
It will need stripping down though as it's a bit notchy going 1st to 2nd. Also bauks when going 4th to 3rd. Are syncro hubs still available does anyone know?

Sticking syncro hubs! Cleaned, rebuilt and ready for action! Still need a rear oil seal though if anyone has one.
