Just fitted a new fuel pump as the other one had stopped working. when fitting also fitted a new pre filter and new inline filter all new flexi fuel lines. when cranking the car fires up ever so often then cuts out. I pulled the wires on the oil pressure switch turned on ignition you can hear pump running. you can hear relays clicking in checked all pipe and wires in engine bay. Has plenty of fuel put in 10ltrs. seems like fuel not getting to fuel rail. It ran without fault before pump pact up. Am i missing something.will pull off fuel line at damper to make sure pump is pushing fuel through. Never had this problem before as changed electric pumps before on fuel injection engines with no problems.

pull off the return, put the pipe into a can, check it is coming out of there.

Motor factors pump? Check wires are on the right way round. Pump might be running in reverse.
