.... well, not really but Practical Classics (June 2017) reveals that the last London Oval Racing Circuit at Wimbledon has closed to make way for housing and AFC Wimbledon's new football ground. This can only be good for, say, the Bluebirds which seem to be at rock bottom prices and yet to really be appreciated. So, good news!!
