My nissan sunny coupe has been getting wet for ages, but I have now seen where it is dripping in to the car.
It drips through the air blower motor and mounting under the glove box on to the carpet. So I think its getting in to the air ducts from outside finding its way down to the blower. Quite a lot of water.
Ive sealed the windscreen and looked under the plastic grills near the windscreen wipers to see if thats how it getting in, but cant see any vent holes.
If I pour water on the bonnet so it drips over the end near the windscreen by the bulk head, that water finds its way in, so nothing to do with the windscreen.
Any advice please its not easy to see, I wonder if I need to take the wing off to see how the water diverts from the bulkhead towards the wing.

Hi,Chris. I had this issue with my 120Y B210 saloon. The air intake/scuttle wasn't removeable and thus the complicated fabrication of meeting panels below made it impossible to get to see what was wrong. Removing the wing didn't solve accessibility. By shining a telescopic light down the rainwater channel Icould just see an area of corrosion. All I could do was get some household sealant on the end of a VERY long screwdriver and paste it on top. It worked. Trying to actually get to the affected area means cutting panels open, welding them back up and repainting. Very costly. A method for finding "leaks" that I have used before is to borrow a disco fog machine and set it off inside the car with all the doors, windows etc. shut. Where the fog emerges, thats where the gaps are. It is very safe and doesn't harm the car (the fog is vegetable based) but do let the neighbours know as the fog will make it appear that the car is alight and you don't want the Fire Brigade turning up! LOL!

thanks Leigh, Yes its proving tricky, cant see much. Parking facing uphill definitely gets the leak. If I get anywhere will post. fog machine sounds interesting, though I think my neighbours might be pleased to see my car go up in smoke.
