Motorists travelling to Europe will no longer need an insurance Green Card after the requirement was dropped by the European Commission. The extra paperwork was brought in after BREXIT to ensure that an internationally recognised standard of insurance cover was in place. The UK will join the Green Card Free Circulation Zone within the next month. www.abi.org.uk.
