glad you got this Ricky! you are 810 mad! alot of hard work and the car looks fantastic cant wait to see the end result! Thanks Tahir, the end result is a few years to come though.

Lovely work. Fast progress.
I've used citric acid for rust removal with bolts etc. But with everything where do you stop.... I could end up zinc plating every bolt. Issue with rust removal is it ends up still getting rusty again very quickly (literally minutes)

Zinc plating is pretty cheap though. surprised Ricky isn't doing that since it's in bits and he's doing such a nice job on this?

just read through this excelent thred, and as with everyone else that is one spot on project your running. But what is amazing is the short time span you have done this.? do you not go to bed at all :-)

But what is amazing is the short time span you have done this.? do you not go to bed at all :-) His garage has a carpet, central heating and a futon. To top it all, it is ensuite as well ...why would you need a bedroom when the fridge with cold beers and TV are also within the garage !!!!
